The protection of your personal data is done according to the Law in force no. 9887 dated 10.03.2008 “On the Protection of Personal Data” (amended) and bylaws in addition to the law. This website that you have accessed www.lsiaal.org, is the official website of LISA.
On this page the user can come across various application forms or forms (for example: Job applications, credit card application, online shopping applications, but not only). In different areas of these forms or applications the need may arise to enter personal data.
LISA as an education and learning entity, assures every user that the data that is inserted in its database it provides a top notch security system and at the same time is committed to rigorously implement the entire legal framework in the protection and observance of any action related to users’ data, as defined by the Constitution of the Republic of Albania, the Law in force (No. 9887 dated 10.03.2008) “On Personal Data Protection” and the implementation bylaws. The user also asserts the veracity and accuracy of all the data completed by him in various forms or applications. By filling in any form or on-line application and by pressing the ‘continue’ button, the user accepts the right of LISA for internal use of personal information, only for the strict purpose requested by the user, that is inserted, completed by the user and further be processed by LISA.
Based on law no. 9887 dated 10.03.2008 the user, through a request, has the right to request to see his personal data provided voluntarily, or to request their correction. LISA in accordance with Law no. 9887, dated 10.03.2008, “On Personal Data” that is amended and to be as much transparent as possible with its clients, announces that through a relevant structure will contact all clients who have reported a problem / issue as well as in response to complaints / suggestions. This call which comes out of the respective structure will be recorded.

LISA will store the personal data of Users who visit and perform transactions on the website for a period of two years from the date of the last visit of the User to the LISA website, except in cases of disputes between the User and LISA regarding to transactions performed, in which case this storage period can be automatically extended. The right to object to the processing of data without prejudice to the terms of termination of the Terms of Use, you may at any time withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data by LISA by permanently removing the Application and notifying us in writing via info@lsiaal.org Upon receipt of this notice, LISA will immediately stop any processing of your personal data. You can also ask us to stop using your personal data for direct marketing purposes. To exercise your above rights or any other questions regarding this Privacy Policy, please contact us by email or in writing at the address above. To this you must add a copy of your ID or other proof of identity to your application. LISA will take the necessary action without undue delay and provide information on the action taken (or lack thereof) of any such action within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with a supervisory authority in the event of a breach as a personal privacy law by LISA.

Lisa Learning takes security of your personal information very seriously. Lisa Learning online services protects your personal information during transit using encryption techniques. When your personal data is stored by Lisa Learning we use computer systems with limited access housed in facilities using physical security measures. iCloud data is stored in encrypted form including when we utilize third party storage.
When you use some Lisa Learning products, services, or applications or post on a Lisa Forum, chat room, or social networking services, the personal information and content you share is visible to other user and can be read, read or collected by them. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to share or submit in these instances. For example, if you list your name and email address in a forum posting, that information is public.
